A full service International shop. They seem to do good work. Not cheap, but what diesel shop is. My gripe is they pretend to schedule service appointments, when actually, your truck gets in line when it arrives. So, if they are busy (and/or short staffed) it can be days before you even get an estimate of cost and when it might be finished. Unfortunately, this kind of thing is not unusual for shops. Still a headache for a small business owner who relies on his truck.

Even in a rare circumstance Mike gets it done and goes steps beyond to make everything right. Great experience working with Randy. Purchased a gently used 2006 International that just needed to be gone through by a certified group of individuals. I cant say enough about the professionalism and quality work this shop puts out. If you're ever in Rhode Island I highly recommend the Allegiance Truck Service Center. I made the mistake of choosing someone local and it backfired on me. Should of sent my truck to Allegiance from day 1!!!
